Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** Snow Removal Laborers will assist with clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using hand tools such as shovels and ice scrapers, as well as walk-behind snow blowers. Workers will spread de-icing agents such as salt and sand. Duties include loading and unloading tools and materials, clearing debris, and maintaining equipment. Workers may drive regular pickup trucks (with a gross vehicle weight under 10,000 lbs) on public roads to transport snow removal tools (such as shovels, snow blowers, and bags of salt) between worksites. A valid state-issued Class C driver’s license is required to operate these vehicles. Workers will not operate heavy trucks or commercial vehicles and will not transport other employees. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold, wet, and snowy conditions. Work may involve early morning or night shifts, depending on weather conditions. ***Original F.a.2*** Laborers/helpers needed for snow removal, must be available on call for snow removal at commercial and residential property locations. Laborers/helpers will use a shovel and snowblower, and ice melt spreader. Shifts will depend on the time and amount of the snowfall. Lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as needed: leaf removal, load/unload materials for grounds maintenance, de-icing, removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots. Laborers/helpers may drive a vehicle. This position is for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, however may vary days or times to accommodate inclement weather. Overtime is available as needed, not guaranteed. Laborers/Helpers must have driving license class C to drive trucks between the worksites to bring maintenance materials within 90 miles of the company's headquarters

LABORERS/HELPERS MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENSE CLASS C TO DRIVE TRUCKS BETWEEN THE WORKSITES TO BRING MAINTENANCE MATERIALS WITHIN 90 MILES OF THE COMPANY'S HEADQUARTERS
