***RFI Response*** We provide a detailed description of the function that will be performed by the employee with respect to cleaning duties required: Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean and disinfect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas of vacation rental homes. • Replace bed linens and towels; restock guest amenities and paper goods. • Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors. • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly. • Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors. • Ensure properties are guest-ready in appearance and cleanliness. • Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists. Tools and Equipment Used: • Cleaning agents and disinfectants (general-purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, degreasers, etc.) • Vacuum cleaners (upright or backpack models) • Mops (standard and microfiber), brooms, and dustpans • Buckets and spray bottles • Microfiber cloths, sponges, and scrub brushes • Laundry machines (washers and dryers) • Personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, aprons as needed) • Carts or totes for transporting linens and cleaning supplies ***Original F.a.2*** Cleaning short term luxury vacation units.
