Job Duties:
Duties include moving and setting up tables and chairs, carrying banquet tables and equipment, and transporting food service trays. Responsibilities also involve delivering food and beverages, cleaning and resetting tables, removing dishes, replacing soiled table linens, and replenishing linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, paper supplies, pens, and other items. Additionally, you will supply the service bar with food, serve drinks such as water and coffee, slice and pit fruits for garnishes, stock condiment areas, and refill condiment containers. Side work includes setting up, breaking down, and replenishing breakfast or other buffets. You may also assist with welcoming and seating guests as needed.
Special Requirements:
Varying shifts, from Sunday to Saturday, consisting of 6- to 8-hour shifts between 8 am-12 am. These shifts include 8 am-5 pm, 10 am-7pm, and 3pm-12 am, and will be adjusted based on events and occupancy. No minimum education or experience required. Applicants must complete an employment application. Additionally, the worker must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/h-2b. Obtain ServSafe food handlers certification. Be able to work at least a 5-day work schedule, and work weekends and holidays.
