Job Duties:
Duties may include: Set up food preparation line and food serving line using proper tools, equipment, and food placement. Prepare and cook food. Portion, arrange, and garnish food. Label, date, rotate food items. Properly store food to ensure quality. Ensure safe and sanitary work environment. Follow proper opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen procedures. Work in hot environment & other related Line Cook activities as per SOC/OES 35-2014 (onetonline.org). Multiple possible shifts: 6:00AM-3:00PM or 11:00AM-9:00PM. Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Saturday 6:00AM-3:00PM or 11:00AM-9:00PM. Offering 45+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. 6AM TO 3PM OR 11AM-9PM, MON-SUN, WORK 5-6 DAYS/WEEK. WORKDAYS/SHIFTS/HOURS MAY VARY. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
Special Requirements:
Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 35lbs. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Based on Employer's discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal. Hours may fluctuate based on tourism peaks and valleys throughout the season (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime. Driver's license preferred, not required.
