Job Duties:
Working as a team of 4-7 people to fully install automatic lawn irrigation systems from start to finish. Your team is responsible for getting the underground sprinkler system (pipe, heads, wire, valves, and fittings) installed in the ground, functioning correctly, tested, & adjusted for proper coverage. Dig holes and trenches no more than 1 foot deep using hand tools as needed to get sprinkler heads, tees, valves, and drainage pipes into the proper location and depth below the ground's surface. Install & hook up plastic tees, sprinkler heads, and drainpipe using hand tools. Install appropriate nozzles into sprinkler heads. Backfill and compact holes & trenches after fitting & heads are installed. Rake & hand- tamp the areas we messed up in the lawn to make it look as clean and smooth as it did upon arrival. Load debris from the Jobsite that we caused. Use a leaf blower to clear off sidewalks. Stock our organized install truck with parts from our shop. Unload garbage and lawn debris from the previous day's job into the dumpster.
Special Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., Repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping. No experience required but outside landscape or lawn sprinkler work experience is preferred. Must have valid drivers license. Schedule varies. Overtime available based on need.
