Job Duties:
Ensure safety of pool equipment, pool grounds, and guests. Pool and pool deck maintenance (hose off pool decks, remove any debris on pool decks & in pools, keep tubes stacked neatly and control use of such, keep pool furniture and umbrellas neat and clean). Maintain supply of pool towels for guests. Carry soiled towels to laundry, obtain clean pool towels from laundry and carry to pool deck, keep pool towels neatly folded and stacked for guest use. Arrange, organize, and execute activities, entertainment, and events throughout resort. Provides activity updates to all resort employees, guests, owners, and/or 3rd party vendors. Assist with communication to all resort channels. Ensure excellent customer service as it relates to activities. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Special Requirements:
Must be able to pass CPR and Shallow water lifeguard course. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Must be able to work with various standard household/pool cleaning agents. Must be able in work in environment with loud noises levels. Must be able to work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
