Job Duties:
***RFI response*** items such as Cesar salads and cold appetizers such as dips and small seafood plates. They will use plates and bowls to arrange and finish items previously prepped in the kitchen. items such as chaffing dishes, platters, and buffet trays. They may need to relocate tables and chairs within the room to accommodate spacing, but no special tools are required. ***Original*** Provide dining services ranging from casual dining, fine-dining and banquet services and collecting payments from customers in all outlets. The position is responsible for greeting, seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages and clearing tables. This position will be taking reservations, seating guests and running food. Additional requirements include but may not be limited to preparing checks, itemizing, and totaling meal costs and taxes; removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and ensuring dining areas are orderly and presentable. This position will be serving food and beverages to guests and preparing specialty dishes at tables as required such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes This role is also responsible for daily shift side work duties which may include set up of dining or event areas which may include moving tables and chairs. Other side work may include filling condiment and napkin containers, rolling silverware, and setting up/breaking down food stations and service areas, performing cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of food & beverage outlet floors.
Special Requirements:
Must have 3 months Server experience.
