Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** • Mowing and trimming: operate mowers and other equipment to maintain fairways, tees, and greens. Tools include a 4-wheel utility vehicle, string trimmer, hover mower and push mower. • Landscaping: lay sod, plant flowers, and general gardening and landscaping. Tools include hand tools, rakes, and shovels. • Course setup: assist with the daily setup and preparation of the course. Tools include a 4-wheel utility vehicle, Par Aide cup cutter. • Weed and debris removal: clean up weeds and natural debris around the course. Tools include a 4-wheel utility vehicle. • Bunker maintenance: rake and maintain sand bunkers. Tools include hand rake and maintenance rake attached to a 4-wheel utility vehicle Guest interaction is limited to a cordial greeting and allowing members and their guests to play through whenever possible. Special Projects/Other Duties’ could include: • Spring debris clean up – use of utility vehicle • Edging bunkers – use of string trimmer • Topdressing Greens – use of utility vehicle pulling a brush/mat • Aerification clean up – use of utility vehicle, rake, shovel • Storm debris clean up – use of utility ***Original F.a.2*** Maintains golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintenance of bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance. Operates golf course equipment. Participates in daily set up of the golf course for play. Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the golf course. Prepare and plant sod and seed to greens, tees, and fairways as assigned. Keeps golf course maintenance equipment fueled and visually inspected. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Performs other duties as assigned.
