Job Duties:
Food and Beverage Team Leads will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations in Resort business units in cooperation with the manager, including assisting with supervising, and training of staff. Will be responsible for supervising and assisting in the setup of the food service area, restocking, and performing food preparation and food service duties when needed (including cooking, prepping, dishwashing, and hosting). Will be responsible for transporting staff and supplies to and from the work facility, overseeing cleaning of the lodge F&B area, opening and closing building, coordinating special events, directing weekly meetings, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, and assisting with liquor control. Will also be responsible for helping to maintain the outdoor service areas, loading docks, building entrances and garbage disposal areas by removing snow and spreading sand/grit. Will perform duties such as menu development, recipe building, creating prep sheets, ordering, inventory, performance reviews, timekeeping, payroll, and scheduling. Food and Beverage Team Leads will at times need to drive company vehicles and equipment in order to move trash, food, supplies and staff in and out of the lodges that are up on the mountain. May supervise up to twenty-five (25) Servers, Bussers, bartenders, Food Runners, Cashiers, Cooks, Public Area Attendants, and Food Service Workers. Team leaders will also greet and engage with our guests daily and often throughout the shift while practicing our Hospitality Standards and be responsible for training staff on given service standards. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 6:00am to 1:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm, and 11:00am to 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club environment. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment COVID-19 test, complete a quarantine period, and/or demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination if required under state, federal, or company guidelines at the time of hire. Applicant must be eligible to apply for a U.S. Drivers License.
