Job Duties:
Dining Room Supervisors will be responsible for supervising daily dining room operations to maintain quality service to Club standards, leading, coaching, and supporting Servers, Bartenders, and Dining Room Attendants, as well as greeting members and guests and addressing any service concerns. Dining Room Supervisors will monitor dining room cleanliness, coordinate communications between front-of-house and kitchen, support and supervise special events and functions, and will assist with training new team members on service standards and procedures. Dining Room Supervisors will assist management with scheduling, performance reports, and attendance monitoring, and will enforce food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies in compliance with Club guidelines. May supervise up to seventy-five (75) Dining Room Attendants, Servers, Bartenders and Hosts. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00AM – 5:00PM, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, 1:00PM to 9:00PM or 2:00PM to 10:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of supervisor experience at a high-end restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
