Job Duties:
Job Order #125 36 444 Under the supervision of the Head Coach and Club Manager, the Junior Padel Coach will perform the following duties: Conduct individual and group padel coaching sessions (1 to 4 players), specialized clinics, Americano social sessions, and youth/kids clinics. Build and maintain a strong client network to achieve lesson targets (minimum 100 lessons per month expected). Collaborate in organizing, executing, and managing club leagues, Americano sessions, clinics, tournaments, and all sports-related club events. Complete court setup, prepare court materials, inspect rackets and coaching equipment, manage court assignments, and handle member check-ins. Ensure courts are cleaned, maintained, and equipment is securely stored before facility closing. Compete in and represent Padel X in selected USPA, RED Padel, and relevant professional tournaments in the United States. Participate in weekly team meetings for schedule organization and club management. Follow and implement the Level Up Academy training program and adhere to the Padel X Brand Ethic Chart and Code of Conduct. Work Schedule & Hours: Total Hours: 40 hours per week. Days: 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Shift Structure (Monday through Friday): Fixed split-shift schedule of 7 hours per day. Morning session from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a midday break, and an afternoon/evening session from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Shift Structure (Saturday): Reduced single shift of 5 hours. Morning session from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (Facility hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week)
Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid, official Padel Coaching Certification (mandatory). Strong knowledge of padel techniques, rules, and game strategy. Ability to instruct players of all skill levels. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
