Job Duties:
General plant production duties: sticking of DS Cole Growers plant cuttings and tissue culture into trays for rooting, sowing of DS Cole Growers seeds into pots, organizing of trays on benches within greenhouse, positioning of benches into identified greenhouse space for propagation and final shipping locations, assisting growers with watering/fixing/spraying of plants prior to pull to include weeding, scouting for pests, and virus, initial quality check of trays. Moving, sorting, pulling and boxing products. Workers may operate farm equipment, including, but not limited to farm vehicles.
Special Requirements:
Exposure to extreme temp, lifting 50 lbs, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping.
