Job Duties:
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food, pouring and serving beverages such as water, fountain drinks, premixed cocktails, and wine, cleaning and clearing tables, and setting up the dining area for special events. Will need to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
