Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** The worker will perform landscape maintenance activities at residential and commercial properties, including: mowing and edging lawns using power mowers, trimmers, and edgers; mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, dethatching, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls; caring for established lawns and landscaped areas to ensure proper upkeep and appearance; maintaining sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other ground features by cleaning, sweeping, or removing debris; and pruning or trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges as needed to maintain appearance and promote healthy growth. Tree trimming duties will be performed from the ground only; employees will not climb trees or use aerial lifts. ***Original Duties*** Perform landscape maintenance activities. Operate power equipment, such as mowers, electric clippers, sod cutter, and pruning saws. The landscaper will mow or edge lawns and care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. The landscaper will provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other ground features and prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, as needed.
Special Requirements:
One (1) month of lawn care experience required. Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) lbs. frequently throughout the day.
