Job Duties:
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Duties include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing lawns, trimming of shrubs, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, watering, fertilizing, weeding of beds, digging, raking/blowing leaves, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. The use of tractors or heavy equipment is not required to perform the job duties.
Special Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs. and to use small hand tools and train to use ride on lawn mowers. Employer-paid background and drug testing required for foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background checks may be required of foreign and domestic workers based on contract requirements. Driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position. Workers who drive a company vehicle will drive company field truck (Gross Vehicle Weight being less than 26,001 pounds) to/from specified destinations within area of intended employment, and employer will require that a successful applicant possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. drivers license, or foreign equivalent. Workdays and Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm (hours & start/end times may vary). Employer will offer at least (no less than) 40 hours per week.
