Job Duties:
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining or event tables for meal services, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, condiments, and glassware, taking and placing orders, collecting payments from customers, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, assisting in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to dining guests, answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers will also be responsible for stocking service areas with supplies, such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens, performing food preparation duties, such as preparing popcorn and brewing coffee and performing cleaning duties, such as wiping tables, wiping menus, and turning on dishwasher. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
