Job Duties:
Hosts will be responsible for assisting in preparing dining room for service by assisting the manager with ensuring that all tables are set correctly, all menus have been wiped clean of spots, all menu inserts/daily specials have been updated, and walking the floor to ensure paths are clear for staff and guests, completing side work duties, confirming, and preparing any reservations, assisting service staff as needed by serving food and beverages or bussing tables, helping in the daily upkeep of restaurant, front and back, including light cleaning and organization, and maintaining knowledge of full menu. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 1:00pm, 10:00am - 5:00pm, 5:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of guest-service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
