Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** Set up duties include setting up service stations at the pool bar by stocking all essential items including cups, napkins, straws, cutlery, condiments, and garnishes; putting ice in cool breeze blender and ice well, coolers, and ensure all beverages are properly stocked; and wiping down and sanitizing workstations, counters, and service areas before opening. Side work entails preparing fruit garnishes and replenishing mixers as needed. Tear down duties include clearing and cleaning all guest tables, service areas, and pool deck stations; breaking down ice well and coolers, drain ice, and return unused product to proper storage; clean service equipment; restock cups, napkins, condiments, mixers, and beverages for the next shift; shut down POS terminals and vault slips; sweep, mop, and sanitize designated areas; and review closing checklist with supervisor before clocking out. ***Original F.a.2*** Take orders, inform kitchen of items ordered, serve or deliver food and beverages to resort guests, present check to guest, clear table or remove tray from guestroom. Assist with opening and closing of restaurant or food and beverage area. Set-up, clean, tear down workstation, prepare side work. Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Special Requirements:
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Fluent English skills required. Requires certification in ServSafe Food handling and Alcohol Awareness. Stand/bend/walk repetitively during entire shift. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application.
