Job Duties:
Steam, clean and pick whole crabs, weigh, sort, ice; clean and prepare work areas, load, unload, debone, pack, dump, clean, lift, move, and seafood preparation labor. Workers will unload raw products (crabs) from boats or trucks and place in the processing area or onto tables to be processed. Workers will also load finished product into refrigerators or freezers for storage. Workers will load finished product onto trucks for shipment.
Special Requirements:
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
