Job Duties:
The worker must produce consistent high-quality food according to the recipes, menus, or assigned specials in a timely, organized manner. The worker must ensure a high level of safety at all times and follow required cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Special Requirements:
No minimum education or experience required. Basic knife skills required. Employee must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by the employer, and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. Must be able to work at least a 5-day work schedule. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
