Job Duties:
Worker may be required to perform any of the following duties: monitor activities at golf course, tennis complex, aquatic complex and spa and fitness facility; may provide administrative assistance to membership, including checking membership cards, confirming reservations, arranging merchandise and providing facility information; perform minor cleaning of golf carts and clubs and transport members' golf equipment and automobiles to and from the clubhouse facilities. The cleaning duties of the golf carts and any other vehicles task is a daily service requirement for recreational aides, designed to maintain equipment longevity, enhance member experience, and ensure high sanitization standards. This process involves a swift, structured routine upon the return of carts from the course. A typical minor cleaning takes approximately 15–20 minutes and includes trash removal, washing, wiping down surface, seat cleaning, windshield care, wheels and drying the surfaces of the golf cart. The duties involved with transporting automobiles to and from the facilities task requires a mix of hospitality, safety, and strict organization. This role is often the first and last point of contact for a member, which involves greeting the member at the curb; opening the driver’s door immediately upon arrival; and conducting a quick, discreet visual scan for any pre-existing damage; bring the automobile to the front of the clubhouse facilities upon request of the member. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hours a week. Shifts will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program. Variable shifts over 7 days a week. Shifts may vary: 6am to 11pm.
Special Requirements:
PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE; ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH; POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING. EMPLOYER REQUIRES PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING TO BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE U.S. WORKERS AND THE H-2B WORKERS.
