Job Duties:
Prepare or serve specialty coffee and other beverages or food items like baked goods or sandwiches to customers. Keep the store environment clean. Help guests with merchandise transactions at the coffee shop.
Special Requirements:
No minimum experience or specific educational requirements are necessary. Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., pass a pre-employment criminal background check (paid for by the employer and applicable to all workers, including U.S. and foreign/H-2B workers), and obtain the ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. They should also be able to work at least a five-day schedule, including weekends and holidays. Applicants are required to complete an employment application. Basic English reading and speaking skills required.
