Job Duties:
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting-up the dining areas, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, serving/running food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Additional duties include providing service in a la carte dining, special events, banquet functions, outdoor dining areas, and poolside service, including assisting with event and banquet setup and breakdown, arranging tables and service stations, serving/running food and beverages at functions, preparing and serving beverages as assigned, and supporting overall service flow in all dining areas. Servers may be assigned to outside events and service areas, including the pool and other outdoor venues, and are expected to perform duties in varying weather conditions. Servers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining rooms, service stations, and related work areas, including resetting tables, stocking service supplies, and upholding sanitation and service standards throughout each shift. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Special Requirements:
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
